Delivery Area or Current Territory Questions


You will find a map of our delivery area on our home page. We are planning on expanding our delivery area beyond the current region, so if you would like to request a town for expansion – please let us know by using our contact form!

Delivery Questions


We will generally deliver your oil within 2 business days during winter and colder months. Frequently we deliver within 24 hours. During the summer months we typically deliver within one week of placing your order. If you need faster service, please note your request when ordering and we will do our best to fill your tank as quickly as possible.
No you don’t have to be at home in most cases. If you have run out of oil – and need your system to be primed – then you will need to be at home. Please review the fine print on the order system.
Yes! However, there will be an additional fee for this service. Our lowest price offering is designed for us to utilize efficient routing to keep your cost per gallon down.

First Order Questions


Delivery tickets will be emailed directly to you at the time of delivery.

Payment and over-payment questions


By streamlining the order and payment processes required to deliver oil, and by removing all high overhead. By utilizing our State of the art Fleet Management System to deliver your oil in the most efficient manner.
When you place your order –  we put a hold on your card for the value of the gallons you ordered.

  • This amount is estimated based on:
    • The value of the gallons you order.
    • If you order a fill-up, it is based on an estimated amount of a fill based on your tank size and tank gauge reading.
  • After your oil is delivered
    • We charge your card for the actual amount.
    • We simultaneous remove the hold on your card.
  • A sample timeframe might look like this:
    • On Monday – at the time of order – we put a $300 hold on the credit card.
    • On Wednesday we deliver $250 worth of oil.
    • On Wednesday evening we charge the correct amount of $250, and remove the hold of $300.
We charge your card after your delivery, but we do place a hold on your credit card when ordering.
