Delivery Area

You will find a map of our delivery area on our home page. We are always looking to expand beyond our current region. If your town is not listed, please use our contact form to request that we add your area. We are constantly evaluating new towns for expansion.

Delivery

We will generally deliver your oil within 3 business days during winter and colder months. Frequently we deliver within 24 hours. During the summer months, deliveries typically take about one week, though we can accommodate expedited requests when noted during ordering.

No, you don't have to be at home in most cases. However, if your system has run out of fuel and requires priming, you must be present. Please review the details provided in the ordering system's terms for specifics.

Unfortunately, same-day delivery isn't something we're able to offer. Our pricing depends on efficient routing to keep per-gallon costs competitive, so we need a bit of lead time to schedule. When you place your order, we'll get you on the soonest available delivery window.

First Order

Delivery tickets will be emailed directly to you at the time of delivery. Please check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the delivery confirmation and receipt.

Payment

By streamlining the order and payment processes required to deliver oil, and by removing all high overhead. We employ a state-of-the-art fleet management system for efficient delivery routing, which allows us to keep our operational costs low and pass the savings directly to you.

A hold equal to the estimated value of your ordered gallons is placed at the time of your order, based on the gallon quantity or tank size you selected. After delivery is completed, the actual charge is processed and the hold is removed simultaneously.

Your card will be charged after your delivery is completed. A hold is placed when you submit your order, but the final charge is only processed once the delivery has been made and the actual gallon amount is confirmed.
